Depending on the product, you may notice a difference in as little as 1-2 uses! Many of our customers find relief very quickly, but it may take up to 2-4 weeks to see the full effects – especially for supplements and shampoos.

We offer an unconditional satisfaction guarantee on every single one of our products. If you are not completely happy with our products for any reason, you can return the unused portion within 60 days of purchase and you will be refunded your entire purchase price, less shipping – even if you use it all!

This is a fairly common occurrence for our balms, especially during winter and summer temperatures! The good news is that melting or solidifying has no impact on the effectiveness of the product.
If your balm arrives melted, you can just pop it in the fridge for a few minutes. If your balm is frozen or too hard, you can rub a tiny amount between your fingers to warm it up or place the product in a warm area like on top of the fridge to warm up. -
