Google brought me to Natural Dog Company because my dog's paws were the stuff of nightmares. Paw pads that look like hair which I learned was hyperkeratosis. Supposedly there is no cure for this. But I thought at the very least this would give him some relief as he must have been in some pain.

Well he looks so much better already. The paws got soft enough that I was able to "trim" the filaments off sightly. Yes it was as gross as it sounds lol. He is not fully cured yet but his paws are so much closer to normal already. He is also in less pain as he is more tolerant of me putting the product on. Once he gets a bit more healed I will use the Skin Soother in-between the toes.

The only con is that this stuff goes fast. I am reordering the four ounce tin after a few weeks, if I could buy a giant tin I would.

Shockingly Amazing!

Natural Dog Company products are 100% natural, safe and edible. Our products will still work even if most of it is licked off. Though, for best results, we advise using distractions. Give your dog a raw bone to chew on, a yummy treat, dinner, or play with them for a few minutes until the carrier oils have had a chance to work it’s magic. We hear peanut butter works great!

The more often you are able to apply Paw Soother to your dog's paws, the better. We recommend applying at least 2-3 times per day - especially before bedtime when bodies are healing and regenerating. Once your dog's paws are healthy, you can reduce the frequency of applications and still maintain soft, smooth, healthy paws.

This is hard to say, it is varies greatly depending on the initial condition and frequency of use. Many customers see incredible results within the first week, while others make take longer. It is important to apply multiple times daily and try to distract your dog from licking in order to get the best results. Wounds have been proven to heal much faster with use of Paw Soother than those without.
